Carson Falk

Some of Carson's notable engagements include representing ARC Energy Fund 9 in its investment in Westgen Technologies Inc., overseeing The Hempshire Group's reverse-takeover of Hoist Capital Corp. and simultaneous equity financing, and facilitating Alberta Investment Management Corporation's acquisition of Cando Rail & Terminals Ltd. from TorQuest Partners.
