In recent endeavors, Maslowski has demonstrated his legal acumen by representing Veolia Water Technologies in a significant US$100M claim concerning alleged corrosion defects, as well as providing counsel to First Capital Real Estate Investment Trust in litigation proceedings against Zak Convenience. His expertise also extends to defending architects and engineers in errors and omissions claims, as exemplified by his work with AXA XL.

Furthermore, Maslowski has contributed to legal scholarship through his co-authorship of "Part XIII of the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act—the Less Recognized Recognition Statute," featured in the 21st Edition of the Annual Review of Insolvency Law by Thomson Reuters (February 2024).
