Her legal journey prior to her tenure at Stikeman Elliott saw her immersed in corporate and securities law at a leading Canadian law firm, honing her skills and knowledge.

She played a pivotal role in Spartan Delta Corp's C$1.7B asset sale to Crescent Point Energy Corp and the strategic spin-out of Montney assets into Logan Energy Corp. Furthermore, Benipal was instrumental in Trillion Energy International Inc.’s C$15M convertible debenture units offering, acting as lead counsel for Eight Capital.
