Beth Younggren

Beth, a powerhouse in civil litigation at Dunphy Best Blocksom, brings a wealth of experience to the table. Since joining in 2015, she's been a force to be reckoned with, leveraging her expertise from years spent at a multinational law firm.

In her diverse practice, Beth specializes in navigating the complexities of construction litigation, contractual disputes in oil and gas and real estate, shareholder conflicts, and collections. With appearances at all levels of Alberta courts, she's no stranger to arbitration, mediation, and alternative dispute resolution.

But Beth's commitment goes beyond billable hours. She's dedicated to providing pro bono legal aid, serving on the board of Calgary Legal Guidance and volunteering at Student Legal Assistance and Pro Bono Law Alberta.

Graduating from the University of Calgary Faculty of Law with honors in 2008, Beth's prowess was evident, securing her a spot on the Dean's List every year. During her time there, she honed her skills at Student Legal Assistance, representing clients in court.

Outside the courtroom, Beth finds solace in nature, often exploring the mountains with her family. She's a master chef, a devoted yogi, a globetrotter, and an insatiable reader.
