Cassidy brings a wealth of experience to her practice, handling a diverse range of civil litigation cases for clients spanning various industries and backgrounds. She is dedicated to achieving favorable outcomes for her clients, prioritizing practical and cost-effective solutions through negotiation and alternative dispute resolution methods. However, when litigation is necessary, Cassidy proves to be a formidable advocate in the courtroom, demonstrating her effectiveness before the Alberta Court of Justice and Alberta Court of King’s Bench in numerous application and trial proceedings.

During her time in law school, Cassidy actively engaged in extracurricular activities, serving as the Vice President of Administration for the Society of Law Students and volunteering as a Caseworker for Student Legal Assistance. In these roles, she gained invaluable experience assisting low-income clients with a wide range of legal matters, including family, civil, and criminal law issues.

Outside of her legal practice, Cassidy maintains an active lifestyle, teaching fitness classes and enjoying outdoor activities such as hiking, biking, and skiing in the beautiful mountains of Alberta.

Having been called to the bar in 2021, Cassidy is well-equipped to handle various areas of civil litigation, including construction disputes, contract litigation, shareholder conflicts, employment law matters, and collections.
