Heather Tyminski

She aids employees by scrutinizing employment contracts, non-compete clauses, human rights infringements, occupational safety concerns, and severance packages. With a wealth of experience, Heather adeptly negotiates severance agreements and proceeds to litigation when necessary, always prioritizing her clients' best interests.

Her advocacy extends to representing clients in both the Provincial Court of Alberta and Alberta’s Court of King’s Bench. Before joining Taylor Janis LLP, Heather honed her skills at boutique firms and completed her articling at one of Calgary's prominent legal establishments. During her academic years, she gained invaluable experience working for a major oil and gas company's legal division.

In her leisure time, Heather finds solace in skiing and cycling alongside her husband and two children.
