Wilson McCutchan

Wilson McCutchan brings a wealth of experience as an associate at Taylor Janis’ Calgary office. Graduating from Queen’s University Law School in 2009, he was admitted to the Alberta Bar in 2010, kickstarting his journey as a civil litigator in Calgary.

With a focus on employment law, Wilson advises and represents clients on a broad spectrum of issues, including wrongful dismissal, human rights violations, review of employment agreements, union disputes, occupational health and safety matters, and employee privacy rights.

Wilson's courtroom prowess extends across all levels of court in Alberta, the Supreme Court of British Columbia, and the Federal Court of Appeal. Additionally, he has appeared before various administrative bodies such as the Alberta Human Rights Commission and the Alberta Labour Relations Board.
