Kristina Saedi

Kristina, a partner at Admiral Law, focuses on advising commercial clients on employment law matters and transactional work. She handles tax reorganizations, acquisitions, and divestitures, representing both purchasers and sellers in share and asset transactions. Recently, she assisted purchasers in acquiring significant interests in industrial enterprises. Kristina collaborates closely with clients, guiding them through complex corporate transactions or simple house purchases and addressing their employment law concerns. Despite playfully reminding her colleague Tiro of his seniority, they work harmoniously to manage clients' legal affairs.

Kristina's journey with Admiral Law began in 2016 when she joined as an articling student. Before that, she spent two summers as a Judicial Clerk at the Provincial Court of Alberta and worked as a legal student in an Oil & Gas firm, focusing on corporate matters. Kristina earned her Juris Doctor and Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Calgary.

A native Calgarian, Kristina actively volunteers with local organizations. One of her recent projects involves joining the Calgary Stampede Promotions Committee in 2019. Through this role, she volunteers year-round at various events, including the Batter Boys program in schools and communities, and the Happy Trails program in senior homes. Outside work and volunteering, Kristina stays active by playing on recreational sports teams, snowboarding, and recently taking up golf.
