Aman Rai

Aman's journey at the firm commenced in 2018 as an associate, and swiftly ascended to partnership by 2021. Throughout her law school tenure, she engaged in valuable employment stints, including roles at Alberta Health Services and as a research assistant in the Faculty of Law.

Following law school, Aman embarked on a diverse articling experience, with placements at the Alberta Utilities Commission and a boutique law firm. These experiences, coupled with a secondment in family law, provided her with a comprehensive foundation in various legal domains.

Upon being called to the bar, Aman ventured into a multidisciplinary law firm in Calgary, honing her skills across civil litigation, personal injury, insurance, corporate/commercial, estate planning/administration, and family law. While her practice now gravitates towards general litigation, Aman retains her expertise in solicitor's matters.

Aman's courtroom prowess is evident through her appearances before the Alberta Court of Queen's Bench, the Alberta Provincial Court, and numerous tribunals. She is well-versed in alternative dispute resolution methods like mediation and arbitration, recognizing the need for tailored approaches to each legal matter.

Calgary native Aman finds solace beyond the legal realm, cherishing moments with her family and friends, engaging in volunteer work, exploring new destinations through travel, and delving into literary realms through avid reading.
