David embarked on his journey with our firm in 2019 and ascended to a partnership role in 2021. His legal career took shape after he articled with a full-service firm in southeast Saskatchewan, honing his skills across various domains, including corporate, oil & gas, agricultural law, and estate planning.

Since joining us, David has been a pivotal figure in our corporate and commercial law practice. He specializes in advising clients on a spectrum of matters, from reorganizations and mergers to general corporate governance. Additionally, he handles commercial and residential real estate transactions with finesse.

Despite his focus on solicitor work, David is no stranger to litigation. He has made appearances at the Saskatchewan Court of Queen’s Bench and the Saskatchewan Provincial Court, showcasing his versatility. Moreover, he advocates for alternative dispute resolution methods to address client issues effectively.

Born and bred in Calgary, David brings a local perspective to his practice. Before pursuing law, he immersed himself in the oil & gas industry and made significant contributions to the Alberta golf scene. Outside the legal realm, David unwinds on the golf course, enjoys quality time with loved ones, and explores new horizons with his wife.
