Mark Hoffinger

Mark's legal expertise spans corporate and business law, commercial transactions, residential real estate, and trademark registration. He embarked on his legal journey in 1991, post-graduation from the University of Alberta, articling at a prestigious Calgary firm before honing his skills at a smaller local firm. In 1997, Mark joined Demiantschuk Milley & Burke, now known as DBH Law, as an associate, swiftly rising to partnership by 1999.

Beyond the boardroom, Mark finds solace in the rugged beauty of the Canadian Rockies, often exploring its trails during his downtime.

Mark's legal credentials include being called to the Alberta Bar in 1992, supplemented by a BA from the University of British Columbia and University of Calgary, and an LLB from the University of Alberta in 1991.

A stalwart member of the Canadian Bar Association and the Law Society of Alberta, Mark is also a registered trademark agent, adding another layer of specialization to his already impressive repertoire.
