Staci Tannahill-Smith

Hailing from British Columbia, Staci completed her Bachelor of Education at Simon Fraser University in 2013. Upon relocating to Alberta, she pursued her Juris Doctor at the University of Calgary, earning her admission to the Bar in 2017.

Staci takes a proactive approach in pursuing equitable resolutions for her clients, whether through litigation or alternative dispute resolution methods. She is dedicated to addressing her clients' needs promptly, supportively, and economically.

Although Staci is well-versed in navigating Alberta Provincial Family Court and the Court of King’s Bench of Alberta, she understands the value of seeking amicable solutions without resorting to prolonged litigation.

Beyond family law disputes, Staci extends her legal services to individuals seeking assistance with adoptions, reproductive technology and surrogacy matters, cohabitation and prenuptial agreements, as well as matters concerning Wills & Estates.

In her practice, Staci covers a wide range of areas including divorce and separation agreements, custody and access arrangements, child and spousal support, grandparents' rights, and drafting essential documents such as wills, personal directives, and powers of attorney.
