Amanda Bruni

Amanda L.C Bruni has been a vital part of Bruni Law for several years, officially joining as a Barrister & Solicitor in 2014. Taking on the role of proud owner on January 1, 2020, Amanda brings a wealth of experience and dedication to her practice.

Before pursuing law, Amanda earned a Bachelor of Chemical Engineering from the Royal Military College of Canada (RMC). She then worked as a process engineer in Calgary and abroad from 2007 to 2010. Her journey in law continued as she completed her Bachelor of Laws at the University of Leicester, England in 2012, followed by admission to the Alberta Bar on October 9, 2014.

Amanda's focus lies in estate planning, particularly in ensuring the protection and support of individuals with disabilities or capacity issues. She works closely with families to create tailored plans that address their unique needs and circumstances.

In addition to estate planning, Amanda also specializes in estate administration, guiding clients through the legal intricacies that arise after the passing of a loved one. She provides valuable support to personal representatives (executors) and beneficiaries, ensuring their rights and obligations are upheld during this challenging time.

Amanda's expertise extends to matters of adult guardianship and trusteeship, where she assists individuals in navigating the complexities of decision-making for adults who lack capacity. She offers guidance to new trustees and represents them in court proceedings related to trustee accounts.

Furthermore, Amanda is well-versed in residential real estate transactions, helping clients navigate the purchase and sale of their homes with confidence and ease.

As a true Calgarian, Amanda resides in the vibrant Marda Loop/Altadore community with her husband and young children, embodying her commitment to both her practice and her community.
