Bill, a Calgary native through and through, embarked on his academic journey at the University of Calgary in 1983, delving into the world of Linguistics before setting his sights on law. After earning his Bachelor of Laws in 1991, he swiftly joined the ranks of the Alberta Bar the following year, marking the start of a dedicated legal career that has spanned over three decades. Initially cutting his teeth at Litco Law as a student and then as a practicing lawyer post-bar call in 1992, Bill ventured out in 2006 to broaden his horizons with his own general law practice. Yet, the pull of Litco Law proved strong, and he made a welcomed return in early 2020, now focusing exclusively on Personal Injury law—a field he approaches with unmatched passion.

Bill's legal acumen covers the gamut of Personal Injury claims, from the initial consultation right through to the courtroom battles of litigation, mediation, and trial. His civil litigation prowess isn't limited to just Personal Injury and Automobile Accidents; it also spans Wrongful Dismissal, severance pay disputes, and the intricate planning involved in Wills and Estates, including navigating the complexities of Probate and Administration of Estates.

A familiar face in both the Provincial Court of Alberta and the Court Of Queen’s Bench of Alberta, Bill's advocacy skills shine brightly across a spectrum of legal matters. Beyond these appearances, he's also adept at steering cases through Judicial Dispute Resolution Conferences and Private Mediations, showcasing his comprehensive experience in advocacy.
