Andy Hayher KC, a partner at Hayher Lee LLP, stands out in the field of family law with his extensive experience and relentless commitment to justice. Having appeared before all levels of court, Andy brings a unique expertise in arguing appellate matters, notably before the Alberta Court of Appeal and occasionally the Supreme Court of Canada.

Appointed as King's Counsel in 2022, Andy's recognition extends beyond Canadian borders, as he is one of the few Canadian lawyers admitted to the International Academy of Family Lawyers. Fluent in Punjabi and with a working knowledge of Hindi, Andy's expertise extends to international family law matters, including cases involving child abductions.

As the head coach of SAIT Men’s Volleyball, he led the team to win a National Bronze Medal, showcasing his leadership both on and off the court.
