Priti Mehrok

In the realm of legal practice, Ms. Mehrok specializes primarily in family law matters. She has presented cases before both the Court of King’s Bench of Alberta and the Alberta Court of Justice, engaging in diverse contested family law issues. Her expertise encompasses a spectrum of concerns including child and spousal support, custody battles, access disputes, and the division of family property. Beyond contentious scenarios, Ms. Mehrok adeptly navigates uncontested divorces, crafts meticulous separation agreements, pre-nuptial arrangements, and diligently attends to any ancillary matters within the domain of family law.

Having joined GSD Law Group LLP as an associate lawyer back in 2019, Ms. Mehrok brings a wealth of experience to her practice. Prior to her tenure at GSD Law Group, she underwent articling in Vancouver, BC, where she honed her legal skills across a variety of legal domains.

Ms. Mehrok's legal acumen is buttressed by a solid educational foundation. She earned her LLB degree from the University of Leicester, England, UK, in 2014. Before venturing into law, she completed her Bachelor of Science in Life Sciences at the University of British Columbia, Vancouver, BC, in 2009.

As a legal professional, Ms. Mehrok's credentials include completing the Professional Legal Training Course under the Law Society of British Columbia in Vancouver, BC, in 2018. She also holds a Certificate of Qualification from the National Committee on Accreditation of The Federation of Law Societies of Canada, earned in 2017. Ms. Mehrok is admitted to practice law in both the Law Society of Alberta since 2019 and the Law Society of British Columbia since 2018.
