Kiran Dhensa-Benipal

Kiran's journey into law began in England, UK, where she completed her LLB at the University of Nottingham. Following this, she pursued a postgraduate program at the University of Law in Birmingham.

Relocating to Calgary in 2010, Kiran swiftly dove into her legal career. After completing her accreditation exams, she commenced her articles and was called to the Alberta bar in 2011.

Passionate about family law, Kiran established her own practice, delving into various legal domains like real estate, criminal, and wills and estates.

In 2013, Kiran merged with a Calgary firm, continuing her focus on family law. Later, she ventured into federal prosecution while still practicing family law.

Kiran boasts extensive courtroom experience, handling both family and criminal cases. She aims to minimize conflict and resolve matters efficiently.

Her dedication to family law extends beyond the courtroom; Kiran is committed to easing clients through the complexities of separation and divorce.

Additionally, Kiran offers estate planning services, including will preparation and power of attorney documentation.

Aiming to enrich legal education, Kiran contributed to the development of family law materials for Alberta's bar admission program. She also assesses law students' competency through Capstone evaluations.

Outside her legal endeavors, Kiran enjoys staying active in the gym and cherishing moments with her family. Fluent in Punjabi, she can offer legal services to a diverse clientele.

With memberships in various legal associations, including the Law Society of Alberta, Kiran continues to be a respected figure in Calgary's legal community.
