about 3 weeks ago, spoke to you about a situation i am having with WCB alberta, he said you to him, you were going to call me, i have not heard from you and thought i would reach out here to see if there could be a response. as it appears there has been major transgressions on the claim file, missing case managers, WCB changing legal name without my permission, denial of FOIP information, refusal of response to communications sent via registered mail, refusal of rational for decisions, refusal of appeals, refusal of appeals advisors, and the regular gas-lighting form the actors at WCB, also included is the withholding of critical medical information by doctors and WCB staff. please respond if you are or are not interested, thank you. all right reserved.
