Anjalika Rogers

With more than ten years of experience in litigation, Anjalika has argued cases across all three levels of court in British Columbia, as well as before administrative tribunals like the British Columbia Securities Commission.

Starting her career in criminal law, she articled at a prominent defence firm in Vancouver. After her articles, she continued as an associate before establishing her own practice, specializing in criminal and administrative law.

Anjalika's expertise in administrative law led her to a position with a provincial regulatory body, where she litigated cases before a three-member tribunal and drafted legislation and policy. She later joined Maurice Law as an associate in 2019.

During her time in law school, Anjalika concentrated on administrative, criminal, and aboriginal law and was a member of the Kawaskimhon moot team.

She is a member of the Law Society of British Columbia since 2009, holding a J.D. from the University of Toronto and an Honours BSc. in Biochemistry from Queen’s University in 2004.
