i have an Order has applied for leave of court to apply for a waiver of the requirement to attend Alternative dispute REsoltion, i tried to will with the father and he did not register , i am good , i registered. He told me to resolve this matter , he is not reliable. He never register. I feel innocent on this matter. I feel like my rights have been abused and the father broken the law on my Order of an Interim where say i have to see my daughter on weekends and the father manipulated my rights on this order . Also , i founded abused to my daughter where says that she always love to see me , i am good parenting said my daughter and what's wrong with court. my daughter claimed and consented tog go court and also actually sent me messages to say that but the Principles of Ethical of the honour is not fair
