Failed handling on mortgage case

He has royally failed on handling a mortgage case that my partner and her mother went through him for.
Their husband and father passed over two years ago and the Mrs went through Dan McPhearson over two years ago.
The bank sent the necessary paperwork to him and he has totally failed to respond and is impossible to get ahold of.
They just received the mortgage renewal today and the deceased is still on it which has cause horrible issue with my partner and her mother for financing and everything involved.
DO NOT CONTACT HIM FOR ANYTHING!! Your case will not be a priority!!
