MR.OSGOOD NOW SAYS HE HAS MY UPDATE:
MR.OSGOOD NOW SAYS HE HAS MY MONETARY INHERITANCE AVAILABLE TO SEND ALTHOUGH HE REFUSES TO SEND IT THROUGH ETRANSFER. ( I AM IN A DIFFERENT CITY) HE ALSO REFUSES TO SEND ME ANY DOCUMENTS PERTAINING TO THIS CHEQUE, THE AMOUNT OR ANYTHING ELSE! I HAVE ASKED THAT HE PLEASE SEND ME THE DOCUMENTS THROUGH NUMEROUS REQUESTS, HE CONTINUES TO REFUSE AND SENDS NOTHING. HE IS HOLDING MY MONEY HOSTAGE! IS THIS THE KIND OF LAWYER YOU WANT TO HIRE. NO, NO, NO. RUN, DON'T WALK AWAY FROM THIS MAN'S PRACTICE! ( I use the term man very lightly here)
HE IS A LYING, THIEVING SNAKE AND WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY WHILE QUOTING GODS WORD. (FYI, He did quit reciting God's word to me when I told him it wasn't appropriate to speak God's words while lying, cheating and stealing in the same breath) I noticed in another post he TRIED to disguise himself as a godly man to other unsuspecting people. They found out and also thought it was wrong and in poor taste. I look forward to the day these reviews are seen by his fellow parishioners and church and he is seen for the person he really is behind the "veil". Amen.

Mr.Osgood is as shadey as they come. Waited three years for him to produce documents regarding my father's estate, continually ignoring emails, phone calls etc. I am a beneficiary to my father's estate and he refuses to provide invoices regarding his $10, 000.00+ fees to handle a simple estate, yet he said I was $2000+ responsible for the charges. He sent me at most FIVE E-MAILS in three years, none of this done on his own to provide this information I had to HOUND HIM and I still have NOT received my share of my father's estate that he left me in his will but Mr. Osgood has pocketed the $10,000.00 + fees he charged but refuses to provide invoices for. If anyone out there wants or needs a supporter to expose Mr. Osgood for the scum he and his company Meikle Osgood are, please contact me I would be thrilled to help expose him.

I used Randy Osgood for the sale of my house and the writing of my will and he did a really good job - the house sale went well, without a hitch. I found his fees to be very reasonable.
