Michael you may remember me from a year or two ago— I don’t have you on retainer anymore but I did, and regrettably I did not follow your advice to have any sort of parenting order put in place and predictably here we go again: I believe she has gone ahead and asked for an EPO probably with her and the kids both on. I will be served the documents later tonight but in any case if you could call me and I could get you back on retainer, I think we can tidy up some business quickly at your earliest convenience.
