Darius Pinnick

Originally hailing from Newfoundland, Darius embarked on his legal journey in Halifax, Nova Scotia, providing comprehensive litigation services. Relocating to Calgary in 2000, Darius expanded his practice to include litigation support for lenders, small businesses, and motor vehicle accident claims. His career trajectory then led him to specialize in banking litigation and collections for one of Canada's largest financial institutions.

Darius's legal expertise extends across various domains, including wills and estate planning, estate administration, real estate conveyancing, corporate financing, employment law, and regulatory defense related to environmental legislation. He has represented clients in courts ranging from the Supreme Court of Nova Scotia to the Provincial Court of Alberta.

When not advocating for his clients' rights, Darius enjoys quality time with his family, particularly on the ski slopes.

Darius earned his Bachelor of Business Administration from Acadia University in 1993 before pursuing his LL.B. at the University of New Brunswick, graduating in 1996. He was admitted to the Nova Scotia Bar in 1997 and the Alberta Bar in 2001.
