I believe I sent you a message last week, inquiring about MP. My x husband and I got a Court Order Dec 2017 for separation from our long relationship. Part of it involved dividing his Corporation in half as it was deemed to be a savings venue/family asset. We were to each hire our own accountant and lawyer to get this done. It seems that my x is always trying to benefit himself rather than do this as the Order intended: equal division. 7 yrs later, this is not complete and we are at an impasse wrt RDTOH and tax consequences of the division. I'd like to go to Chambers/Court and request that an impartial firm take this over, finalize it and that my x and I share it's cost. I've heard of MP and wonder if she is available for advice and possibly to hire... This is timely. Thanks
