A significant portion of Paul's practice revolves around real estate and corporate disputes. He adeptly navigates issues such as title disputes, purchase contract enforcement, landlord-tenant conflicts, and partition actions.

Paul's commitment extends beyond the courtroom. He is deeply involved in pro bono activities, notably spearheading Sheppard Mullin's program to assist clients in adopting children from California's foster care system. His dedication to pro bono work earned him the prestigious Bob Gerber Pro Bono Attorney of the Year award in 2012.
