Shady lawyers at gill law firm

These shady Arizona attorneys are selling stolen identities in Virginia marketed as credit repair.
In the beginning of 2023 my wife and I hired an attorney to help us with credit repair after our credit was ruined from identity theft. "Hayes8816" was advertising credit repair services in Smithfield Virginia. When I met up with "Hayes8816" she introduced herself as "Lindsay Julian." I paid her over $1,000 cash for her services. She gave us two CPN numbers while advising us to use the credit profile numbers as a substitution for our Social Security Numbers. We trusted her as an attorney and believed she was selling us a legitimate solution. My wifes CPN worked to obtain a new bank account and credit accounts. Things took a turn whenever I began using my CPN, I was arrested for ID theft. We were sold stolen identities under the disguise of CPN numbers. My expensive criminal defense attorney got the charges dropped but we will never recover from the damage Lindsay caused to our life. We hired a private investigator to find out the real identity of "Hayes8816" after a public records search yielded no results for "Lindsay Julian." Come to find out Lindsay Julian aka Hayes8816 is actually Lindsay Elise Guthrie, a personal injury attorney out of Buckeye Arizona. The photos of Lindsay E. Guthrie on the gill law firm website confirms that is the same woman who I paid over $1,000 to for stolen identities and ruined life. Buyer beware of these shady attorneys.

Attorney Lindsay Elise Guthrie is a partner at Gill Law Firm in Buckeye Arizona. Lindsay is not licensed to practice law in Virginia even though she has advertised legal services in Virginia for several years! Lindsay failed to report an intimate student teacher relationship while she was the students poms coach. Lindsay could've protected the minor child from additional abuse but she neglected to do so. Lindsay blatantly disregards her ethical duties as an attorney and committed a criminal offense of failing to fulfill her duties as a mandated reporter. Where were Lindsay's morals when she had a duty to protect kids who trusted her as their coach? If Lindsay Guthrie cant bother to protect kids from abuse, we cant trust her as an attorney! Lindsay should never be allowed to work around children again! Allegedly, Lindsay is participating in other illegal activities as well. There is a history of concerning allegations against Lindsay Guthrie. Numerous online reviews claim Lindsay was a founder and director of multiple nonprofit organizations that were scams and participated in identity theft scams and so on and so forth.

Zero stars would be too many! You cant trust Gill Law Firm in Buckeye Arizona. Attorney Lindsay Elise Guthrie is a partner at Gill Law Firm. Lindsay Guthrie failed to report a student teacher intimate relationship while acting as the students poms coach. Lindsay could've protected the minor child from additional abuse but she neglected to do so. This is an ethical violation for Lindsay as an attorney and a criminal offense for failing to fulfill her duties as a mandated reporter. Where were Lindsay's morals when she had a duty to protect kids she was trusted to coach? If Lindsay Guthrie cant bother to protect kids from abuse, we cant trust her as an attorney! Lindsay is allegedly participating in other unethical and illegal activities as well. There is a history of concerning allegations against Lindsay Guthrie. Other online reviews claim Lindsay has been a director of multiple nonprofit organizations that were scams and participated in identity theft scams and so on and so forth.

Left ghosted with escalating debts and identity theft

Attorney Lindsay Guthrie and her father-in-law John Julian CPA are not recommended based on our experience. Initially hired to manage corporate bankruptcy filings, Lindsay proposed alternative methods to address our financial challenges. She indicated her father-in-law, a certified public accountant, was brought on to our case to rehabilitate our financial image and repair our credit. Lindsay's plan offered hope for our business's survival.
However, a year later, we discovered ourselves in a more precarious financial position, with unexplained debts owed to unknown creditors. When confronted about the new debts and delinquent accounts on our credit report, Lindsay ghosted me. Upon reaching out to her father-in-law CPA she mentioned, he promptly denied any connection to or awareness of our circumstances before abruptly terminating the conversation. Months later I haven't heard back from Lindsay, we are seeking a new attorney to manage the bankruptcy proceedings and dissolve the corporation. We have no other options thanks to the new escalating debts that creditors linked directly to Lindsay.
Hiring Lindsay turned out to be a regrettable decision, and now I am forced to incur additional expenses to rectify the aftermath of her actions and inactions. I do not recommend Lindsay Guthrie or her father-in-law John Julian CPA. Aside from committing identity theft opening new credit accounts with our business information without our consent, they did no work for the money we paid!

Lawyer Lindsay Guthrie from Jeffrey Gill Law firm and her partner John Julian are scamming people from Arizona, Virginia, Texas, California, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Louisiana and Florida. If you receive an invoice from them, don't pay it, it's a scam!

This firm is as well respected as the paper I wipe my anus with after I take a steaming sh*t . Lindsay Guthrie knew her husband was regularly fu**ing my wife over the last few months while I was away on temporary assignment. Yet, she didn't say a word to me or do anything to stop it. Where is the integrity? morals? News flash Lindsay, you can raise their baby in t minus 6 months. My wife won't be keeping your dirtbag husband's kid!
