Graham Taylor

Graham, a Vancouver native through and through, embarked on his legal journey at UBC, securing his law degree in 1980. He dedicated the initial years of his career to the BC Crown Counsel's office, where his role as a trial lawyer laid the foundation for his expertise in litigation. In 1988, Graham transitioned to personal injury law, further honing his skills in this field for six years at a renowned local firm. His path then converged with Kevin Blair's in 1993, leading to the creation of Taylor & Blair LLP.

With a career spanning over two and a half decades in civil litigation, Graham has been at the forefront of representing clients across various judicial levels in BC, including jury trials, judge-alone trials, summary trials, and Appeals. His exclusive focus on personal injury law not only deepened his knowledge and understanding of the field but also enriched his experience in mediation.

Beyond the courtroom, Graham's life is full of personal achievements and hobbies. A family man, he is the proud father of three daughters and has a passion for sports that knows no bounds. He has not only coached his children in various sports but also left his mark on the rugby field, playing for local teams like the Meralomas, as well as on provincial and national levels, representing Canada internationally.

Even though Graham retired in 2015, his legacy continues. He remains a treasure trove of knowledge and experience for the team at Taylor & Blair LLP, offering his invaluable insights and continuing to impact the legal community positively.
