Adam is a key figure in the Corporate/Commercial and Banking + Lending teams.
With a background in guiding clients through the complexities of buying and selling businesses, setting up new corporate entities, undertaking corporate reorganizations, and handling banking and lending matters, Adam is adept at crafting tailored commercial contracts.
His journey with Alexander Holburn began in the summer of 2020 as an articling student, following his second-year completion at Dalhousie University's Schulich School of Law. He rejoined the firm for further articling in 2021.
Before embarking on his legal career, Adam earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Simon Fraser University. During his undergraduate studies, he worked in the hospitality industry as a server and bartender. This experience led to his participation in the 2018 Aprons for Gloves charity boxing event. There, he boxed at the packed Commodore Ballroom to raise funds for at-risk youth in the Downtown Eastside of Vancouver.
