Paige brings a wealth of experience to the table, handling a wide array of legal challenges, particularly within the realms of commercial litigation and both international and domestic arbitration. She's adept at navigating the complexities of the legal system, having presented cases at every court level in British Columbia. Her legal prowess shines in intricate scenarios, tackling shareholder disagreements, contractual issues, and disputes related to arbitration with finesse. Paige's expertise isn't limited to courtrooms; she's also proficient in representing clients across various regulatory platforms, including engagements with the British Columbia Securities Commission and the College of Physicians and Surgeons of British Columbia.

Her journey in arbitration is marked by significant roles in counsel teams, addressing major commercial arbitration cases across Canada and Asia. Paige's experience spans a variety of arbitration frameworks, such as the UNCITRAL Rules, and the rules set by the VanIAC, BCICAC, and HKICAC, showcasing her versatile command over different arbitration environments.
