Hailing from the vast landscapes of the Canadian prairies, Cori's legal career began under the mentorship of a distinguished family lawyer, who later ascended to the bench in Saskatchewan's Court of Queen’s Bench. This experience, along with a clerkship in Saskatoon, afforded her a unique perspective on the judicial decision-making process, enriching her understanding of the legal landscape.

Cori's expertise is not confined to family law alone. Her background in corporate and commercial law, combined with her entrepreneurial experience, equips her with a broad view, especially beneficial for clients with complex assets. Her services span a wide range, including crafting cohabitation and marriage agreements, navigating separation and divorce, and addressing matters of spousal and child support, division of property, and relocation.

Her contributions have not gone unnoticed, as evidenced by her receipt of the National Philanthropy Day Honoured Supporter Award in 2018 from the Association of Fundraising Professionals Saskatchewan. Her professional engagement extends to memberships in the Canadian Bar Association and the Law Society of British Columbia since 2019.

Cori's educational background is as diverse as her professional experience, including a Coaching Certificate from Khan Method Coaching in 2022 and a degree in Fashion Merchandising Management from the Fashion Institute of Technology in 2006. She also holds a certification in Intellectual Property from McGill University, obtained in 2010. Cori was called to the British Columbia Bar in 2019, following her completion of a Juris Doctor (JD) in 2000 and a Bachelor of Arts in English in 1997, both from the University of Saskatchewan.
