I have come to you in the past with a family legal matter against MCFD, and I found your work to be exceptional. I am reaching out to you regarding a new legal situation I am currently facing with MCFD Due to my current financial hardships , I am seeking representation for my case I am approved by legal aid and currently working with CL. I understand that your time is valuable, and I truly appreciate any consideration you can give to my request. The details of my case are as follows: I am facing significant challenges with my social worker VF, who has consistently lied about me and my partner from the very first day she came to house. She has set numerous new deadlines, failed to maintain contact, and has made me feel bullied and powerless throughout this process. At one point, she even stated that she is not here to help the parents. She has also said to me through a text if I didn't sign her family plan she would remove my children immediately even tho I had already agreed to follow their plan without signing it. Even though I heavily disagreed with their position on. As well as even saying to me that my partner isn't my children's father so I should just get rid of him. Even though he is the only father figure present in their lives since their biological father left over 5 years ago now. There was also and incident today where V was parked across from my home this afternoon between 12:30pm and 1 pm (during her lunch hour not on ministry time) watching my home and when I went to leave she also left where she had been parked watching me.
