We were informed by the Manager of the Condominium Home Owners Association of BC, CHOA, that if we have lived in such an apartment for 3 years or more, we can get title to our apartment. When I contacted the Land Titles Office I was instructed to get a lawyer to make the application. You were recommended by someone knowledgeable of your work.
