I hired Eric to help me set up my new company. Don’t fooled by him like I was. He made so many mistakes and had terrible writing and then charged to fix the mistake so I had to pay double. Other firms charge way less and don’t charge you for their own mistakes. He is rude and sues his clients. I wish I knew that before I hired him. Stay away from this incompetent crook.

Too many errors on documents

I too found many errors in his documents and he charged me to fix them. One email to him will cost you $400 and you won't necessarily get an answer to your question.
