I came to Tony through Legal Aid. Based on my experience, I did not feel the level of support or guidance provided was sufficient for a more complex family matter. I also did not feel there was a strong understanding of my perspective as a mother of young children or the day-to-day caregiving realities involved.

This experience taught me how important it is to choose representation that understands caregiving dynamics and emotional realities, not just legal process. Overall, I would look for a lawyer with deeper experience in high-conflict family law before proceeding in similar circumstances.
