Thomas L. Spraggs, affectionately known as Tom to his colleagues and peers, stands at the helm of Spraggs Law as its esteemed owner and operator. Tom's academic journey is marked by a remarkable trio of qualifications: a Bachelor of Laws, a Master of Laws, and a Master of Business Administration. In addition to these academic feats, Tom is also recognized as a Qualified Arbitrator, a testament to his diverse skill set and deep understanding of the legal landscape.
