In October 2022, Harneel embarked on a new journey with KSW Lawyers, stepping into the role of a litigation associate. Her legal expertise spans a diverse array of areas including personal property disputes, estate litigation, construction disagreements, and a broad spectrum of general litigation issues.

Harneel's roots are deeply planted in Surrey, B.C., where she pursued her undergraduate studies in Criminology at Simon Fraser University. Her academic journey led her to the University of Alberta, where she earned her Juris Doctor in 2018, followed by her admission to the British Columbia bar in 2019.

Before her tenure at KSW Lawyers, Harneel honed her skills in criminal law at a premier criminal defence firm located in the heart of Vancouver. Her experience includes advocating for clients in both the Provincial Court and the Supreme Court of British Columbia. In 2021, she ventured into new legal territories, tackling personal property disputes and accumulating significant experience in representing clients before administrative tribunals.

Away from the legal battlegrounds, Harneel dedicates her time to family, indulges in competitive soccer, and explores the scenic trails of British Columbia. Her upbringing in Surrey instilled in her a sense of community, motivating her to contribute by engaging in local events and initiatives.
