Heather Frost

Since joining KSW Lawyers in its Surrey location in 2016, Heather Frost has dedicated her expertise primarily to the fields of personal injury defense, insurance defense, and a wide array of general litigation matters, building on a robust career that spans over two decades.

Throughout her distinguished career, Heather has contributed her skills to a variety of legal settings, ranging from prestigious downtown law offices to another sizable firm. Beyond her legal pursuits, Heather has intermittently paused her law practice to delve into her passion for teaching. She has embarked on roles as an elementary school teacher and later shifted to law firm management, where she focused on nurturing the growth of associates and law students. Her commitment to education is further evidenced by her instruction of numerous practice management courses and her role as a mentor to budding legal professionals.

Heather's personal life is as fulfilling as her professional one. Residing in the scenic Crescent Beach area alongside her husband, two sons, and their two obedient Golden Retrievers, she is deeply rooted in her community. Heather has actively engaged in volunteer work, particularly in support of her sons' educational and athletic endeavors. When not advocating for her clients or contributing to her community, she finds joy and tranquility in beach walks with her dogs, running, practicing yoga, and embracing the great outdoors through camping and hiking.
