Hi Laila, I was in your Legal Update course for Managing Brokers and you had suggested to include in a CPS some type of compensation from a seller if vacant possession is not provided. Do you have a hold back clause you could share in this type of circumstance, that we could use?

Thankyou for your BCFSA tutorial. My apology for my computer glitch today. I call it my Biden Computer. The computer knows I have its replacement, therefore tested the waters. This is what we need to worry about with A.I. Fortunately I am risk aversive, and have back up computers to keep me operational. Thank you again. On comments re BCFSA, I feel the need for this service as Real Estate is a large portion of wealth in Canada, and we need to protect the public. BCFSA was created to address the weaknesses and exposure in the Real Estate Industry and Financial Institutes. In other words is needs to be policed. Thank you Again

Hi Laila Subject: Clarification Request Regarding Amendments to Primary Offer When Backup Offer Is in Place I am writing to request clarification on a point covered during the Legal Update Course I attended on May 21st, 2025, regarding backup offers. I think you stated in the course that when a backup offer is in place, no amendments can be made to the existing (primary) Contract of Purchase and Sale, even if the backup offer clause does not explicitly include a condition stating that "no amendments can be made to the current offer."
