Ajit Dhillon

Ajit Dhillon plays a crucial role in our business law division, lending his expertise primarily to the realms of corporate and commercial law, alongside significant involvement in infrastructure and construction initiatives. He provides invaluable support to seasoned lawyers by offering guidance across various business-related areas. These include orchestrating mergers and acquisitions, establishing and organizing companies, as well as crafting, discussing, and executing contracts pertinent to infrastructure and construction projects, especially those involving public procurement. Ajit's responsibilities also extend to creating a wide array of commercial agreements.

Before his current tenure with us, Ajit enriched his legal acumen by engaging as a risk management officer at a private agricultural firm. He also gained insightful experience by collaborating with in-house legal teams at a privately held corporation specializing in capital and asset management. His legal journey officially began in 2017, marked by his admission to the bar, following productive summer and articling periods in our Vancouver premises.

Ajit's educational background is as diverse as his professional experience. He earned his J.D. from Thompson Rivers University in 2016, complementing his earlier achievement of a BMOS degree, with a specialization in Finance, from Western University in 2011. His admission into the British Columbia bar in 2017 further solidified his legal credentials.

Ajit's expertise particularly shines in the energy, infrastructure, and resources sectors, where he has contributed significantly to the firm's success.
