Setareh Khasha

Setareh has woven her career through the intricate paths of health and regulatory law. After gaining valuable experience as a staff lawyer in the Professional Conduct Department at the Law Society of British Columbia, she made her way back to Branch MacMaster, bringing a wealth of knowledge and a diverse skill set. Her expertise is sought after by a variety of clients including regulators, practitioners, and professionals. They all rely on her for guidance through the complexities of regulatory, disciplinary, advisory, and litigation issues. Setareh stands as a fierce advocate for her clients, representing them in front of BC courts and tribunals. She does not shy away from exploring alternative dispute resolution methods if they promise a more favorable outcome for her clients.

When she's not navigating the legal landscape, Setareh finds solace in nature, embarks on travel adventures, and indulges in culinary experiments with her loved ones. Her academic journey, which laid the groundwork for her professional achievements, includes a Juris Doctor degree from Thompson Rivers University, attained in 2016, and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of British Columbia, earned in 2011. This blend of experiences and interests shapes Setareh into not only a competent lawyer but also a well-rounded individual.
