Within Harper Grey's esteemed health law practice group, she dedicates her expertise to supporting health professionals navigate through the complexities of complaints, disciplinary actions, investigations into their fitness to practice, and various other legal challenges posed by regulatory entities, hospitals, and health authorities.

Ellie's academic foundation is deeply rooted in the legal field, having pursued her legal education at the University of Manitoba, where she not only completed her law degree in 2019 but also achieved the highest distinction by being awarded the Gold Medal in Law. Her academic journey commenced with an undergraduate degree in Philosophy from the University of Winnipeg, where she once again distinguished herself by graduating with a Gold Medal in 2013. Her legal acumen was further recognized when she was admitted to the Manitoba Bar in the same year she concluded her law studies, followed by her admission to the British Columbia Bar, both in 2020.
