Since joining Harper Grey as Associate Counsel, Lisa has distinguished herself in the legal field since her bar admission in 1994. Her expertise in family law is profound, offering a wide array of resolution strategies such as litigation, mediation, arbitration, and coordinating parenting plans. Lisa goes beyond traditional methods, advocating for collaborative approaches to family disputes through her involvement with Collaborative Divorce Vancouver. She focuses on easing families into new dynamics, emphasizing stability through versatile solutions.

In her practice, Lisa tackles various family law issues including divorces, asset splits, and matters concerning child and spousal support, as well as custody and guardianship. Her experience extends to intricate cases like trust disputes, property divisions involving significant assets, and challenging parenting disagreements, including cases of alienation and relocation. Her courtroom presence spans the BC Supreme Court, with notable appearances in Provincial and Appellate Courts. Before specializing in family law, Lisa's legal career covered a broad spectrum, including employment, labour, human rights, criminal law, and personal injury. Taking an eight-year hiatus to focus on her family, she immersed herself in the intricacies of family life, which now enriches her professional perspective. Lisa attributes much of her personal growth to her family, considering her children and husband among her greatest educators.

Lisa's academic credentials include an LL.B. from the University of British Columbia (1993) and a B.A. in Political Science from McGill University (1990).
