Nicola's litigation experience includes appearances before the British Columbia Provincial Court and the Supreme Court, alongside active participation in negotiations and mediations. Her professional journey began at Harper Grey in 2018 as a summer student, progressing through her completion of articles with the firm, and culminating in her admission to the British Columbia bar in 2020. Nicola's academic foundation was laid at Simon Fraser University, where she earned a B.A. in Criminology in 2016, followed by a Juris Doctor from the University of Victoria in 2019.

While in law school, Nicola's engagement with the legal community was profound.
