Shelby Boehm

Shelby, based in Fasken's Vancouver office, excels as a specialist in labour, employment, and human rights law. She dedicates her expertise to offering actionable, savvy legal counsel across a spectrum of employer needs. Her practice spans an impressive array of areas including ensuring compliance with employment standards, crafting and reviewing employment contracts and policies, navigating labour relations, managing terminations and disciplinary actions, and addressing human rights concerns. Her legal acumen also covers areas like privacy and cybersecurity law, alongside her core specializations.

Shelby's educational background is as diverse as her legal practice. After earning her BA in Criminology and French with honours from the University of Western Ontario in 2013, she pursued further studies in Public and International Affairs, obtaining her MA from York University in 2016. Her legal journey culminated in a JD from the University of Alberta in 2020, equipping her with a robust foundation to address her clients' legal challenges.
