Since her start at Whitelaw Twining in 2017, Bronwen has woven a rich tapestry of legal expertise, spanning insurance defence, including facets like municipal law, abuse litigation, and construction, to a budding plaintiff-side practice. Her zeal for the vast landscape of law drives her commitment to deepening her understanding across its domains.

Renowned for her tireless dedication, inventive approach to problem-solving, and penchant for teamwork, Bronwen thrives in the courtroom. Her appearances span every court level in British Columbia, showcasing her skill in a variety of legal proceedings from interlocutory applications to complex multi-week trials.

Among her accomplishments, Bronwen skillfully defended a claim exceeding $1.6 million at the Civil Resolution Tribunal, securing special costs for her client. Her prowess was again on display during a four-week trial that concluded with damages for her client surpassing all previous offers. Her legal acumen also led to a trial victory proving a defendant's failure to warn in a collision incident, and she played a pivotal role in a judicial review concerning a Workers Compensation Appeal Tribunal decision, successfully navigating her client through an appeal that was ultimately dismissed.

Bronwen advocates for alternative dispute resolution, always seeking efficient and pragmatic solutions throughout her cases. Her commitment extends beyond the courtroom to community involvement. As a law student, she championed accessibility, contributed to pro bono initiatives, and earned recognition through several awards for her humanitarian efforts.
