Kevin Chiarot

In 2017, our team welcomed Kevin, a lawyer with expertise in handling personal injury and family law matters. He has since pivoted to a specialization in general insurance litigation, notably defending against claims of bodily injury. Kevin's legal acumen shines in complex cases, often taking him to argue before the Supreme Court in both British Columbia and Alberta. His legal journey is marked by notable victories in several high-profile cases across these provinces.

Empathy and determination are the cornerstones of Kevin's approach, allowing him to secure favorable outcomes for his clients swiftly and effectively. Kevin's professional path has seen him contribute to our offices in Vancouver and Calgary. After spending three years in Calgary, he has returned to our Vancouver office, bringing back his invaluable experience and insights.

Beyond the courtroom, Kevin embraces the outdoors. He is often seen running along Vancouver's Seawall, hiking the trails of the North Shore in the summer, or skiing in Whistler during the winter months.

Kevin's academic background includes a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from the University of British Columbia, obtained in 2012, and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) from the University of Western Ontario, awarded in 2009. His professional affiliations are extensive; Kevin was admitted to the Alberta Bar in 2018 and the British Columbia Bar in 2013. He is a member of the Canadian Bar Association, the Law Society of Alberta, the Law Society of British Columbia, and the Vancouver Bar Association, reflecting his deep commitment to his profession and community.
