Romany Benham-Parker

In 2012, Romany brought his expertise to Whitelaw Twining, transitioning from an early career in Ontario. Specializing in a broad array of legal fields, he navigates the complexities of professional negligence, sports liability, construction, retail risks, insurance, and contractual law disputes with a keen eye. His representation spans various professional sectors, emphasizing real estate and design. At the firm, Romany takes on the role of a senior associate, dedicating himself to the development and success of emerging lawyers under his guidance.

Winter finds him skiing and snowboarding in the nearby mountains, while summer offers him the chance to engage in mountain biking, road biking, golfing, despite self-admittedly not excelling at it, and hiking.

Romany's educational background is solid, with a J.D. from the University of Victoria in 2009, preceded by a B.A. from Simon Fraser University in 2005.

His leadership was recognized through his role as past Chair of the Products Liability Section of the Canadian Bar Association, B.C. Chapter.
