Rozita Taeidi

In 2019, Rozita embarked on her journey with Whitelaw Twining, where she swiftly became an integral part of the team, primarily delving into the realms of general insurance litigation. Her prowess shines brightest when tackling personal injury cases, yet her skills span across a variety of legal battles, including those related to occupier’s liability, negligence, and defective products. Her fervent zeal for the law, coupled with an unwavering dedication to her craft, sets her apart. Rozita's victories in both Provincial and Supreme Courts across British Columbia are a testament to her exceptional ability to handle summary trials with finesse, her meticulous nature, and her compelling legal prose.

Before stepping into the legal field, Rozita's academic path was rooted in Social Work, culminating in a degree from the University of British Columbia. Her academic journey didn't stop there; she went on to excel at Thompson Rivers University, earning a Juris Doctor and securing a coveted spot on the Dean’s Honour List for her outstanding performance. Her dedication to aiding her community is palpable through her active engagement with initiatives like Pro Bono Students Canada, the UBC Law Students’ Legal Advice Program, and her work with the Downtown Community Court in Vancouver.

Rozita's interests extend well beyond the courtroom. She is passionate about gymnastics and barre, finds joy in crafting pizzas, and pursues photography with enthusiasm. Her life is further enriched by the companionship of her two Maine Coon cats. Her expertise is recognized in areas such as bodily injury, insurance matters, product liability, and retail risks.

Her educational credentials are robust, with a Bachelor of Social Work from the University of British Columbia in 2016, and a Juris Doctor from Thompson Rivers University in 2020.
