Helen Liu, with her diverse international background, offers specialized expertise in civil litigation and dispute resolution. Her legal practice mainly focuses on corporate and commercial disputes, encompassing areas such as contractual disagreements, real estate conflicts, shareholder disputes, and debt-related claims. Additionally, Helen has a significant background in general litigation, with a notable emphasis on family law, particularly in the realm of property division. She is adept at representing clients in both the Provincial and Supreme Courts of British Columbia.

Before her current role at Fraser Litigation Group, Helen honed her legal skills at a local boutique law firm, followed by a tenure at a prominent downtown Vancouver firm. These experiences, which included working alongside senior counsel and managing a variety of cases independently, have been instrumental in shaping her current approach to litigation. This includes her exposure to solicitor’s work, which now enriches her litigation strategies.

Helen's educational journey began in China, where she earned her Bachelor of Law (LLB). Pursuing further education, she moved to the United States, where she acquired a Master’s in Accounting and a Master’s of Law (LLM). This international academic and professional journey uniquely positions Helen to connect with and understand clients from various cultural backgrounds.
